Gala Dinner


You are warmly invited to the Pheno2025 Gala Dinner, an evening dedicated to networking, celebration, and cultural exchange!
The dinner will take place at Hotel Colina Verde, starting at 8:00 PM, July 31st, for a festive night featuring a delicious selection of traditional Brazilian cuisine and live music by Kalu e os Bambas - a band that will bring the energy of Brazilian music, like samba and other iconic rhythms!

Buffet Included with Ticket


Salads: A wide variety of fresh greens, cooked and raw vegetables, composed of cold salads, grains, and regional accompaniments. Served with a selection of house-made dressings: rosé, pesto, tartar, garlic, mustard, and mint.

Hot Dishes (including vegetarian options): A buffet of warm dishes inspired by traditional Brazilian cuisine, including vegan and vegetarian options. The menu features a variety of carbohydrates — such as roots, grains, and pasta — and a selection of proteins from both plant and animal sources, including baked, sautéed, and stewed specialties. Lighter options such as soups and classic side dishes are also included.

Desserts: A selection of classic Brazilian desserts, including homemade sweets, creamy treats, seasonal fruits. A delightful variety of regional flavors to end your meal on a sweet note.

Included Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Water, natural juices, and soft drinks.

Dietary Restrictions: We understand the importance of dietary needs. The buffet will include food options free from dairy, eggs, and/or gluten.

PHENO2025 Field Trips


Make the most of your time in São Pedro by exploring the breathtaking natural beauty of the Serra do Itaqueri region. We are offering three exclusive field trip specially for PHENO2025 participants. Field trips have a limited number of spots, based on logistical capacity. Attendance will be determined by the order of confirmed registration.

These guided tours will take place on Wednesday, July 30th, 2025. It’s a valuable opportunity to explore local landscapes, observe native flora and fauna, and engage with fellow participants.

Trip 1 - Serra do Itaqueri Viewpoints Tour


This is an easy-level tour that runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (4 hours). The cost is approximately USD 40 (R$ 200.00), and the group size ranges from 15 to 30 people.

The tour includes a visit to Aureliano Esteves Park, where you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of São Pedro from the Christ the Redeemer statue. At Marcelo Golinelli Park, you can relax and admire the landscape from five scenic decks. The Free Flight Ramp, situated at 900 meters altitude, offers a view that stretches across seven cities. You will also visit Morro do Fogão (Cruzeiro do Facão), the highest point of the Serra do Itaqueri at 1,040 meters above sea level. To complete the experience, the tour includes a stop at Jaracatiá Doces e Artes, a charming local shop that offers traditional handmade sweets and regional crafts. It’s the perfect place to taste the flavors of São Pedro and take home a unique souvenir from the region.

Trip 2 - Cruzeiro do Facão Hiking Trail


This trail has a medium to high difficulty level and covers a distance of 2.8 km. The hike takes place from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (3 hours). The cost is around USD 50 (R$ 250.00), and the group size ranges up to 15 participants. The trail leads to Cruzeiro do Facão, a 30-meter sandstone formation at the top of Morro do Fogão, which, at 1,040 meters, is the highest point in the region. This adventure is ideal for nature lovers and hikers seeking panoramic views and physical activity. The tour also includes a visit to Jaracatiá Doces e Artes, a charming local shop that offers traditional handmade sweets and regional crafts. Participants will arrive back at the hotel around 12:00 PM.

Trip 3 – Tanquã Boat Tour (Birdwatching)


This boat tour is easy-level and runs from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM (3.5 hours). The total cost is around USD 160 (R$ 800.00), approximately USD 40 (R$ 200.00) per person, with a group size limited to 6 people.This is a peaceful and immersive birdwatching experience through the Tanquã wetlands, ideal for observing a wide variety of bird species in their natural habitat.
