Attendees are encouraged to register for the conference by March 31, 2025 April 15th, 2025 (23:59 +3 GMT) to take advantage of the early bird registration rates offered.

All attendees, including presenters and conveners, must register for Pheno2025 to participate in the meeting.

According to the World Bank Incoming Table, attendees currently residing in developing countries are eligible to attend the Pheno2025 at a reduced cost (see Registration fees table).

These countries are classified as low-income, lower-middle-income, and upper-middle-income. If you reside in one of these countries, please use the registration portal to take advantage of the reduced-cost registration.

Early Bird

All early bird registrations must be accompanied by payment. If payment is not provided, the registration will not be processed, and standard registration rates will apply. The deadline to register at the early bird rate is 31 March 2025 (23:59 +3 GMT).

Receipts

Payment receipts for registration from Pheno2025 will be available in the user account and sent by email.

Payment Types

Pheno2025 accepts credit card, Paypal, Pix/Bank Slip (Brazilians only) The authors must have paid their registration fee by 15 May 2025 to have your Abstract included in the final program and published.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written notifications must be emailed to the Pheno2025 Organizing Committee Registration cancellation received by 15 Abril 2025 will receive 50% refund. Cancellations received until 15 June 2025 will refund 40% of the payment value. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations for ticketed events after 15 June 2025.

Registration Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed at any time but must be requested in writing by the original registrant and emailed to the Pheno2025 Conference Administration Committee. Partial substitutions are not allowed. Registrants must transfer their full registration to a new person. Member rates and promotional rates are not transferable from the original registrant to the substitute.

Students

Graduate and undergraduate students are invited to attend the Pheno2025 conference at a reduced registration rate. To qualify, attendees must upload valid student credentials that verifies current enrollment at a college or university. Visit the registration portal to take advantage of the discounted rate.

One-Day Registration

Pheno2025 offers a one-day registration option for attendees planning to participate in the meeting for a single day. Visit the registration portal to take advantage of this opportunity.
