The Scientific Committee is pleased to invite you to submit your abstracts for the Pheno2025 conference. The conference will bring together researchers, students, and professionals from around the globe to share their latest findings and innovations related to the study of phenology and its related areas of knowledge.

We encourage submissions on the topics listed below. Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your work, network with peers, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in phenology. Submit your abstract and be part of a dynamic exchange of ideas and research excellence.

To submit your abstract, registration is required. It is not necessary to complete the registration payment before submitting them.
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online abstract submission form by signing into your account. Other ways of submitting abstracts will not be accepted.
The selected login name and password can be used to fill the form, preview, or amend the draft abstract before it is submitted. Once submitted, the abstract cannot be modified. You will then see your submitted abstract under "Submissions" in your account.

Abstract Guidelines


Abstracts must be submitted in English, following the guidelines.
Title: Should be concise and informative, with a maximum of 170 characters including spaces. Capitalize the first letter of each word and avoid abbreviations.
Authors: Add name, institution information and contact e-mail during the submission process.
Main Text: Maximum of 3,000 characters including spaces. The abstract should consist of a single paragraph covering introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results (statements like 'the result will be discussed' are not acceptable), and conclusions. Avoid section headings or numbering, citations, and bibliographic references.
Keywords: Up to three keywords, not included in the abstract title.
Support or Acknowledgments: Include financial support obtained for the research. If applicable, acknowledge individuals or organizations that provided assistance or contributed resources to the research.
Figures, tables, and illustrations may not be included in the abstract.
Only the first author can submit abstracts. Each first author may submit up to two abstracts and will be the presenting author.
The author can indicate a preferred presentation type – 1 oral and 1 poster or 2 posters - but the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee. Authors will be informed of the presentation type in advance.
Only abstracts submitted by authors who have paid their registration fee by 15 May 2025 will be included in the final program and published.

The Scientific Committee of the Pheno2025 conference strongly recommends rigor in grammatical correctness, formatting, and presentation of abstracts, for which the form and content are solely the responsibility of the author(s). The submitting author is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the abstract and obtaining agreement from all co-authors for submission.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee before final program acceptance decisions are made. Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection will be sent via email to the corresponding author by 30 April 2025. If you have not received notification by that date, please contact us using the provided contact form.
